• To reserve your product, a deposit of R4000 is required. This deposit will be credited towards the full purchase price of the product.
2. Product Availability and Shipment
• Once your deposit is received, Flated Southern Africa will confirm your reservation and provide an estimated delivery timeline.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, manufacturing, or shipping processes. We will keep you informed of any unforeseen delays.
• If the product is not available in South Africa at the time of reservation, Flated Southern Africa will place a new order for your product, which may result in delays. We will notify you of any delays and provide an updated delivery timeline.
3. Ownership and Risk
• The product remains the property of Flated Southern Africa until full payment has been received.
• Ownership of the product will transfer to you, the customer, only upon full payment and delivery.
• Risk associated with the product, including but not limited to damage or loss, will transfer to you upon delivery.
4. Changes to Your Reservation
• If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., changing the model or product), please contact Flated Southern Africa directly via the website or email.
• Modifications to your reservation may incur additional charges, including changes in product price or additional shipping fees.
5. Product Unavailability
• If Flated Southern Africa does not have stock of the product you reserved, a new order will be placed, which may result in delays. You will be informed of any delays, and an updated delivery timeline will be provided.
6. Communication
• Flated Southern Africa will communicate all updates regarding your reservation, including delivery status, stock availability, and any changes to your order, via email. Please ensure your contact details are correct and up-to-date.
7. Shipping and Transport Costs
• The reservation deposit of R4000 forms part of the full purchase price of the product. Additional shipping and transport costs may apply based on your location. These costs will be provided to you prior for final payment.
8. Final Payment
• Upon the product’s readiness for delivery, the remaining balance (after the deduction of the reservation deposit) will be due for payment. Flated Southern Africa will send detailed instructions on how to make the final payment before shipment.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. By placing a reservation, you consent to the jurisdiction of South African courts in case of any legal dispute.
